Design object consists of two (A and B) blocks; front one presents to be a trade center and the rear one-dwelling building. On block A is planned to arrange high-class villa-type residential houses with courtyard and recreation area.

Under the building there is parking area (double-level under block A and three-level under block B) with 300 parking lots.
