MULTIFUNCTIONAL BUILDING AT GELOVANI AVENUE

Design site is located in Vake-Saburtalo district, at Gelovani avenue; the area directly borders with the important roads of the city: Gelovani avenue and Bakradze streets. According to concept, the designs site will accommodate 15-storey multifunctional building. Due to the type of the terrain, from Gelovani side the building will be 12-storey, while from Bakradze side -15 storey. -3 and -2 floors will accommodate parking; on -1 and 1 floors there will be commercial areas, on 2nd floor-fitness center and the rest floors will comprise offices. Facades of the building will be mainly glazed; blind walls will be finished with decorative façade plates. Concept has been approved by architectural service of Tbilisi municipality.
