Main task of the design was to create a building, which with its architectural elements would blend with current environment of Gudiashvili square and would create individuality, characterized for this area.

Due to the fact, that the design site is located in the heart of the city, it was very interesting to enter competition and meet challenges, connected with difficulties of the task. On the one hand it would be a new building and on the other hand it would meet requirements of the old district and acceptable for the society.
